SHIPPING POLICY

Effective date: July 1, 2026

This policy describes how Veracyl ("Veracyl", "we", "us") dispatches Products. It reflects our order-then-verify model.

1. DISPATCH ONLY AFTER VERIFICATION

1.1. No order is dispatched until Verification of your research credentials is successful (see Terms of Service, Section 6). Processing times below begin only after successful Verification and confirmed payment.

2. PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIMES

2.1. Following successful Verification, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4 to 5 business days.
2.2. Processing may take longer during high demand, verification backlogs, holidays, or supply constraints.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

3.1. We ship across India through third-party carriers. Estimated transit times and available service levels are shown at checkout or on dispatch.
3.2. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

4.1. Cross-border shipping may be available to select destinations at our discretion.
4.2. International transit times are estimates and are affected by carrier and customs processing.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (BUYER RESPONSIBILITY)

5.1. For international shipments, the Buyer is the importer of record unless stated otherwise. All import duties, customs charges, taxes, broker fees, and similar charges are the Buyer's responsibility and are not included in the Product or shipping price.
5.2. Customs may inspect, delay, hold, or seize shipments. We are not responsible for customs decisions or resulting delays, and, except as required by law, are not liable for duties, penalties, or losses arising from customs action.

6. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS AND BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOCAL LEGALITY

6.1. The legality of importing, possessing, and using any Product varies by country and sometimes by state or region. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to determine and comply with all laws applicable at the destination before ordering.
6.2. We do not ship to destinations where the Product is prohibited or where shipment would be unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any international order on legality or compliance grounds, with refund for undelivered Products.
6.3. By placing an international order, the Buyer represents that import and intended in-vitro research use are lawful at the destination.

7. PASSING OF RISK; LOST, DELAYED, OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

7.1. Title and risk in the Products pass to the Buyer on delivery.
7.2. If a shipment is materially delayed or appears lost, contact connect@veracyl.com with your order number. A shipment is treated as lost after 15 days from dispatch for domestic orders and 30 days from dispatch for international orders, after which we will initiate a carrier trace.
7.3. For confirmed-lost shipments where risk had not passed to the Buyer (that is, before delivery), we will arrange re-shipment or refund.
7.4. Shipments returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid duties, or failed local import may be refunded net of shipping and non-recoverable costs, or re-shipped at the Buyer's cost.

8. NO DELIVERY GUARANTEES WHERE PROHIBITED

8.1. All delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.
